HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER (FULL OR PARTIAL)?
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. A full refund will be issued within 5 business daysafter we receive the returned item(s).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN PROCESS:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Because order processing and shipping begin immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible.
However, you may return your item(s) after delivery within the return window and receive a full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the damaged item.
We will replace the item free of charge with the next shipment. If the item is still damaged after two replacement attempts, a full refund will be issued.

How long do I have to return my order?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned (undamaged) item(s), the refund will be issued to your original payment method. To speed up the process, please provide the return tracking number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking to avoid lost packages.
